William Cargill, President
As President and Treasurer of Cargill Construction, William Cargill, has over 30 years of experience in building fine quality homes and condominiums in the lakes and mountain region of New Hampshire. Whether he is the project manager or he assigns a project manager, his duties consist of meeting with clients, pricing their job, tracking for quality and cost, problem solving, and delivering product in a timely and efficient manor. Bill's philosophy is to involve the client in the building process to make it an enjoyable and rewarding experience for both.
Liam Cargill, Vice President
Liam has been involved in the construction business since his early teens. Before college he was employed by Cargill Construction during the summer breaks and weekends doing whatever he could. While in college Liam took construction jobs with other companies in the southern part of NH and in MA. His work experience is vast which has found him working with concrete companies, landscaping companies, framing companies and home construction. Liam has a thirst for knowledge and perfection which shows in the projects he heads.
Now as Vice President of Cargill Construction his past experiences are serving him well.
Therese Cargill, Coordinator
Therese Cargill joined the Cargill Construction family team in 2002. With eleven years experience as office manager for her previous employer Therese has brought fresh prospective and new ideas to the Cargill team. She now heads up the marketing division and Cabinet design/ordering division. As an active member of the NKBA she is pursuing her Kitchen and Bath design certifications.
Kathy Woodward, Controller
Kathy Woodward is the Controller of Cargill Construction and has been with us since January of 2000. She has worked as Controller for an electroplating company in Colorado Springs, CO, and was Controller for the Mill at Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH before joining Cargill Construction. She has over 20 years experience in overseeing the finances of small businesses.
Dee Dee Pike-Carpenter, Bookkeeper
Dee Dee began working for Cargill Construction in 1986. Her duties include accounts payable, data entry, bank reconciliation and weekly payroll. Her bookkeeping duties are accomplished while managing Cargill Construction's reception area. Always with a smile she will greet and direct customers and subcontractors, handle deliveries and answer multiple phone lines.
Roger Pedigo, Designer
