What is Your Square Foot Price?
We start at $455.00. Square foot estimating is not an exact science, although we have had good success targeting a rough price range.

Do You Have An In-House Architect We Can Use?
As a design-build firm, we have an Architectural Designer to better assist our clients.

What Program Does Your Designer Use?
We use multiple programs.... Autodesk Revit – A powerful architectural modelling software in which we create a full virtual representation of your home and property as we design it together, allowing for real-time exploration in 3D with true-to-life lighting, products, materials and structural details. Autodesk AutoCAD – A drawing tool that expands our capability to work with subcontractors quickly and seamlessly. Autodesk 3DSMax – A high fidelity rendering software that allows us to create hyper-realistic images of a project if desired.

Do We Have to Use the In-House Architect?
The answer is no. Cargill Construction staffs an architectural designer for ease of project, with that, said we will work with your Architect.

Will You Work With My Architectural Plans From an Out Of State Architect?
Yes, we will work with your Architectural plans from an out of state Architect. Based on the location the plans are coming from, it may be required for us to make building code adjustments.

Do You Have an In-House Interior Designer?
Yes, our Interior Designer, Pam Greene, meets each client with enthusiasm and is a CMKBD (Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer).

Will You Work Within My Budget?
We pride ourselves on working with our clients and their budgets.

Do You Build Sustainable Homes?
Yes, we can. Liam Cargill, our green go-to expert is certified in many sustainable areas and has been awarded many times for his work by the NAHB Builders association.

Are You Able to Build A Commercial Building?
Yes, we also build mixed-use buildings.

Do You Quote On a Fixed Priced Budget Or Time And Materials?
We are flexible in our approach to costing a project. Typically, we work within a fixed price contract. If a client prefers a construction management contract, we are happy to comply.

Do You Do Renovation Projects?
We do large building renovations because we are not set up to do small projects such as a kitchen or bathroom alone.

Will You Do My Garage Addition?
No, we are not set up to do a small project unless it’s included in a larger home renovation encompassing many rooms.

Do You Have a Place Where I Can Select Tile And Cabinets?
Yes, we have a 2500 SF showroom complete with tiles from Dal Tile, American Olean, Cross Ville, AJ Fitzgerald, Granite samples, Cabinet samples from Cabico, Candlelight, and Plain and Fancy; we also have wood floor samples, backsplash samples, and carpet samples to name but a few. Our designer is CMKBD certified.

Can I Order Tile From You Without Having You Involved in My Building Process?
This is decided on a case by case basis.
